Johannesburg (aka Joburg, Mzansi, Egoli or Jozi to the locals) is the unofficial capital of South Africa. Similar to London, Joburg is a melting pot of diverse cultures and communities.

With it’s famous city skyline, Joburg is flanked by the suburb of Fordsburg in the west. It is here that The Joburger menu originates from.
